Term & Condition

1. Transaction is base on First come First Serve basis while stock last. Order will proceed once payment receives.
2. All Sales are final, NO refund / return / exchange after deposit made, fully refund only applicable for Out of Stock circumstances.
3. Goods sold are not exchangeable / refundable / returnable.
4. Full payment must be made within 48 hours of reservation or orders will result in cancellation.
5. We will hold no responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk. We not responsible for items damaged, delayed or lost during shipping.
6. All Coach items are purchased from Coach full price store or Coach premium outlets USA. Hence, all items are directly imported from United States with 100% authentication.
7. Coach bags will include an original tag, care card and coach wrapping paper for authentication purposes.
8. We are not liable for import duties, customs and sales tax imposed.  
9. For pre orders, selected items require a 30% deposit with full payment upon delivery. Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation of goods.
10. Baby N Mom House is not an affiliate or representative of Coach nor do any designers endorse any of my items. However, all my products are 100% authentic and satisfaction is guaranteed.
